The Ingomar Student Council was created during the 1988-89 school year to provide maximum opportunity for student participation in school affairs; to acquire experience in democratic procedures; to be a link between the student body, staff, and administration; and to promote the general welfare of the school. The Ingomar Student Council annually sponsors different events and programs within the school, including the school's annual Homecoming ceremony.
